How To Easily Change Your MTK Android Imei (TECNO,INIFINX,GIONEE,INJOO ETC)

Well straight to the point, i've been receiving a lot of mails and messages on how to change/tweak android imei and as thus, ive decided to write about it here,

STEPS REQUIRED TO CHANGE ANDROID IMEI

• Firstly, i'll advice you use CWM to back up the Rom of your android device in case something happens or your device gets bricked.
• Secondly, Make sure your device is rooted, well if it is not you can easily download Kingroot and run the app while your data is on, it will automatically root your device.
• If the above steps have been done, then you simply dial the following code *#*#3646633#*#* and you would see a new screen pop up showing you Engineering Mode
• Under Engineering mode, swipe to the left and select connectivity(navigate to the right)>Under Connectivity, Select CDS Information>Under CDS Information, Select Radio Information>(Depending if your phone is dual sim, you may see Phone 1 and Phone 2) just select either Phone 1 or Phone 2
• Then you will see a new screen "Radio Information", Above you will see a line for command with the beginning line "AT+", just type "E" beside it, and you should see a drop down menu showing you the  following codes AT+EGMR=1,7"", AT+EGMR=1,10"", AT+EGMR=1,11''", AT+EGMR=1,12'''.

Well if you want to change the Imei of your Sim 1, you simply select AT+EGMR=1,7"" from the drop down Menu,if you look closely, you will observe two quotation marks after the number 7(""), simply insert your new imei in between the two quotation mark and avoid giving space(For example "356870584048484" and not " 30393030303033 "). After that go to the front of "AT" in the command line and give a space just in front of it(For example, AT +EGMR and not AT+EGMR) and select send AT COMMAND.

If successful, you should get a reply saying ATcommand is msent

Turn off your phone and turn it back on and dial *#06# to check your new Imei 

By changing your imei, you can get free data from MTN, ETISALAT, AIRTEL and use Glo bis on android, which ill be posting how to soonest.

UNLOCK YOUR NEW & OLD HUAWEI MODEM FOR FREE YOURSELF

Some pple might have been charging you to unlock new and old modem for you.. In which they unlock it free and collect certain amount of money from you.
Yes lets do it!

FOR NEW & OLD MODEM TYPE e.g E303 e.t.c

1. Have a Gmail account already or register a new one.
2. Login HERE using your gmail account.
3. It will display where to input your modem IMEL number and click on GENERATE/CALCULATE.
4. It will not display the unlocking code directly, so you have to click on g+ sign below where you input the IMEL early... So as to dispaly the result of the unlocking code.
5. It will also display two unlocking code... OLD & NEW ALGO. So to know which ALGO code that will unlock ya modem then:
6. Input your IMEL HERE to check which unlock code among the two wiill unlock ya modem. The one to use will be display.
7. Now Insect a SIM which is not for the MODEM e.g Airtel sim to MTN modem e.t.c When it display ENTER unlock code then input the unlocking code you just generate early and BOOM  You can now use any simcard or line in your UNLOCKED modem now.

FOR SOME OLD MODEM TYPE e.g E156G e.t.c

1. There is no need for Gmail account... Just INPUT your IMEL HERE and follow from STEP 7 to UNLOCK ya modem.

SOLUTION FOR MODEM THAT DID'NT ASK FOR UNLOCKING CODE WHEN NEW SIM PLACED e.g E122, E620 ETC
Generally when we insert the wrong SIM card in modem then by default it prompt for the unlock code but in case when your modem is not asking for the unlock code we have to manually (force fully) send the unlock code using this tool below.

1. First of all make sure that you have generated unlock code for your modem as stated above and know the ALGO type that will unlock it.

2. Download & Open This Tools HUAWEI UNLOCK CODE WRITE

3. In order to send unlock code we have to select the com port first, Click on Please Select The COM Port, now click on Detect and your port is detected, select it and Click on Accept.

4. Now Click on Unlock Modem and The Enter Modem Code Window will prompt and ask for the unlock code, write down your Unlock code there and click on OK.

5. It will send the code to modem and you will see the Confirmation... Boom... Ya modem is UNLOCKED.

NOTE:
1.You will be given 10 credits to unlock ya modem per gmail account... So you can unlock like 10 modems with a single gmail account and you can unlock more with another gmail account
2. Make use of PC or desktop view OPERA on mobile to do this.
3. Your modem IMEI NUMBER is found around the modem parts... So look for it.
