Download New Simple Server here(This new one doesnt close in Background,  and the Link is Simple server.apk from Play Store) and configure as follows;

• Listen port = 8080
• enable proxy box
• proxy host = 72.55.142.251
• proxy port = 80
• enable injection box
• injection method = get
• injection query/url = http://mobile.etisalat.com.ng/home.php
• injection host = mobile.etisalat.com.ng
• injection line = press enter 4 times
• buffer size = 8092
• log level = debug

After that go to your Phone's Internet settings and create a new Access Point Network 

• Apn -  Etisalat 
• Proxy -  127.0.0.1 
• Port - 8080 
• Select as defualt Apn

since it doesn't work with all app , you can download proxydriod.apk and configure like this

input the following details

Host- 127.0.0.1

Port- 8080

Protocol - http and connect
